Black gives the String Cowboy Short a darker, more understated look, and the satin finish shows as a low sheen rather than a bright one. Needles builds these shorts in polyester with that satin surface, adds an elastic waistband with a drawcord, and closes the side pockets with snap buttons for a practical western touch. Papillon graphics are embroidered on to complete the design.
Fit
Fit is controlled at the waist: the elastic and drawcord let you pull them in or wear them easy. In black, they read smarter and pair well with shirts as well as tees. Japanese sizing runs about one size small compared with US sizing, and most people size up one to get a relaxed fit. Sizes in stock: S, M, L and XL.

Care
Wash inside out on a cool, gentle cycle to protect the satin finish and embroidery, and hang to dry. Tumble low or not at all, and iron cool with the papillon embroidery kept clear.
